Default All season tires for 19” wheels S5SB

Hi there,
looking to get all season tires as the winter approach. What have you guys been getting? The car comes with summer performance tires from continental and I hear they are pretty bad in the winter time. I have already noticed that the grip is not great with heavy rain last week and needed to slow down on the highway.

Continental Extreme Contact DWS are a very popular all season tire. I have 2 sets myself.

Michelin Pilot AS3. That's what I have. They are always well rated on Tire Rack Tests. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING A SUMMER TIRE IF THERE IS ANY WHITE STUFF.

Ran those on my 2013 S5 for 2+ years - excellent tire. Got mine at Costco.

I use Sumitomo HTR/AS PO2 on all my cars. Half (or less) the price of Contis, Pirellis and Michelins, quieter on the road. Still All-Season. Longer treadwear warranty ((after having a couple different types of Contis on a couple different cars they wear out FAST and even under warranty I'm not bothering with anythiong from that company ever again). Never really got to do a head-to-head comparison in actual snow but they're nice and stable in the rain anyway. I have a truck for the snow. But, again, they're still all-season.
