Cost for Fan and Regulator Replacement 2009 S5
 

I just paid the attached amount of $1,416.78 to get the A/C blower fan and regulator replaced on my wife's S5. I have a feeling I was ripped off by the dealership, due to my previous experience with my R8, when they damaged all 4 rims when changing tires, because I think they are trying to make the money back. Can anyone confirm the cost of this? I know where the fan blower is, but I have no idea about the location of the regulator.

Any information would be highly appreciated!

WOW. That is a lot of money. I don't know what it *should* cost, but I will guess that the labor would have been 30%-45% cheaper at an independent Audi shop. If you are out of warranty, there is no reason to go to the dealer...unless you like throwing money away.
