Cylinder Contribution/Balance Fault

Okay, I've been chasing down cylinder misfires for a while now, but have finally been able to run for couple weeks without misfiring CELs (new plugs & ignition coils). Now, I'm seeing cylinder contribution faults on #5 &6. Is this a fuel injector issue?

Well, ended up replacing the fuel injectors on those 2 cylinders and that appears to have solved my problem.
