Default Dome Lights Out & Power Steering

I went to replace my 2010 S5's interior LEDs from Deautokey and while putting in the glovebox light I saw a spark with a pop and now all of my interior bulbs won't light up and my power steering is heavy. I've done some searching and everyone says its red carrier fuse #7 which is a 20A. Well I replaced that fuse and still nothing. I used a multimeter and my black carrier which has a bunch of 5A little fuses has no power going to it. I don't have vagcom but I have a code reader and I'm throwing a central electric fault for "Open Circuit".

Any ideas? Did I pinch a wire? Do the polarity of the LEDS cause an open circuit if they are installed backwards? I'm about ready to bring it into the dealer to have them fix it.
