Audi A5 2.0tdi Quattro 2010

im having issues with the car shuddering and cutting power when I try to drive it hard and when it gets to 2.5k revs it happens and if I don't back off the accelerator it will go into limp mode.
ive changed the throttle body, and cleaned the egr valve and it still happens.
it does run a tiny bit better when I disconnect the maf sensor but still happens

could someone tell me where I should look for possible problems.
