Help - Is an additional 2k worth CPO 2015 S5 Convertible ?
Hello my future forum buddies, I'm planning on purchasing a used 2015 S5 in the next week or so.
Option 1 : 2015 S5 with 18k miles, 8 months left on the factory warranty [Dealer - not audi]
Option 2: 2015 S5 with 25k miles, 11 months left on factory warranty + CPO 1 extra year [Audi Dealer]
Option 2 is about $2000 more than Option 1. Both cars are almost identical with respect to options.
Thoughts ? Recommendations ?

Here is why, CPO is 6 years from in service date or 100K, whichever comes first. Find out why only 1 year CPO after factory warranty runs out...something does not add up... should be 2020 or 2021 if you don't first hit 100K.
Option 1 is very soon and you'll be without warranty on a used car with unknown history. They'll try and sell you a non sense third party service/repair contract that will certainly be north of $3K and tons of gotcha clauses.
Peace of mind=option 2.

Wow. I still think the second option is still his best choice. However, I would be much less inclined to buy another CPO, given these reduced terms. What's next, new, 40k miles and or 36 months factory warranty? I smell a diesel gate cut back here.
