Intermittent Buzzing Sound From Bottom
Hello. I have my 2011 A5 for just a little over a year now and had its first oil change/service a few weeks back. Since I have gotten it back, I noticed a intermittent buzzing sound which appears to be coming from the bottom of the car close to the center when the car is idling. It's kind of hard to describe but it's a buzzzzzzt sound that lasts for about half a second. Then maybe 5 - 10 seconds later you'll hear it again and it repeats. I think the closest I can describe this sound would be like an electrical door lock mechanism that a person can operate remotely to let people in/out. I haven't spoken to the service center yet about it but was wondering if this sounds normal or not. Thanks.

Okay, brought car in today and the mechanics put it up on the hoist. Was told I need a new resonator. Not sure what happened to it as the car only has about 2500 km on it. Service guy said they've never had to replace one before.
