Default Clutch Fan Problem.... HELP!

I have a 1998 a4 b5 1.8T.. Well I was changing the water pump and I pulled the whole housing where the clutch fan pulley is.. The clutch fan pulley had 2 screws in it which didnt look right Duh.. and when i turn the pulley it wont budge. So i pulled the pulley out of the housing and there is a bearing inside. It seems to me that the bearing is shot, the one where the clutch pulley goes into at... Any suggestions? I dont know if I can get another bearing like that without paying an arm and a leg or if I can just somewhat get it worked on(Dads a machinist)...

Also, for some odd reason I can not get the power steering pulley to tighten up. Can anyone tell me what I have to do to tighten it? I just got a new belt for it btw... Thanks.

You might want to post this in the A4 section.
