Default Need Lowering Advice

Hey,
I am back and forth about lowering my car. I feel it could use a 1” drop, but I’m worried that it will not look right. I am trying to have an even gap between the tire and wheel well all around.
Will dropping it an inch give me what I’m looking for? I can’t seem to find any pictures on a B8.5 S5 with a similar set up. All I see are B9s and and B8.5 with coil overs.
Here is a pic of my car, it is sitting on 19” wheels. Please advise, or post a pic if you have 19s.

Thank you.

Hopefully this helps you, this is my 2013 S5, I am sitting on coilovers right now but prior to that I was on H&R sport coils and pretty much had the same stance.
When I installed the coils I had the shop doing the work level out the car on their alignment rack because the most important thing is that you a flat level surface
to level it out. If you use your driveway most of the time they have a sloping grade for the rain so its not perfectly level. Good luck.

It's a nice look... wondering how lowering that much (springs or coil-overs) affected the quality of the ride. One thing I really like about the S5 is how nice the OEM suspension is -- makes long drives really enjoyable. With that much drop I'm guessing a result is a somewhat harder ride? (I know "how much" is really subjective... just wondering what your butt-dyno decided going from OEM to this drop.)

It's all going to depend on the conditions of the roads that you are driving on, I drive my S5 on Dynamic something else to consider is that
the S5 is a sports car not a rolling couch from your living room. Yes it is a little rougher ride being lowered but what a joy to drive it is.

Wow, looks great! And this is exactly how it looked with your old springs?

Thanks, in this picture it's on coilovers but the only difference is that it was about another inch higher other than that same look.
