What about the miles on the '14? I'm about to go drive it today, but don't have much of a reference point due to me having never driven an S5. I'm hoping it still has a very tight, solid feel to it. Otherwise I'm going to be paying more attention to the
other two I've been looking into, with half the miles.

I just bought a 12 Prestige with a manual tranny, The sport differential is a must according those with more experience than me. I absolutely love the V8 and the car is amazing, grab the 12 unless you are into modding, then grab the 14, but no sport differential would be the difference if you are into spirited driving.

In everyday driving, even in spirited driving, you will not gain or lose any advantage with/without sport diff.
Do not let this be a deciding factor, unless you plan to track the car.

Sound advice, from all I've read and researched on that subject. I read where most people will never ever come close to pushing the car to the point where it makes a difference, even if they think they do. Sure, ya may be able to tell the car has it, but does that translate to it being a realized benefit crucial to one's driving habits? For one thing, I'm not running clock against someone for money, I'm just going to enjoy the great handling and acceleration. I don't see me running the Nurburgring or Laguna Seca anytime soon. (Although I would love to try it, if I had the op). After all my research, I ended up buying the White one yesterday. The black optic package really sets that car off. Those low profile tires and what I think are the best looking OEM wheels, along with the black trim/white contrast really swayed me. There were other factors that pushed me this way too.
Thanks to all who offered advice.
I absolutely love the car!!! Now I need to learn how to work everything. I've got more reading to do.
