Got in my 2014 SQ5 yesterday AM, Sirus update 70% completed..."Oh DAMN here we go again...." then....finished and..SURPRISE all of my presets were still there. Have they fixed the issue of did we just get lucky for the first time EVER??

Hey all we can do is hope that someone figured out the coding error and fixed it...Or the the phase of the moon was just right. I'd bet on the latter but, will see.

I don't want to be a downer, but the test will be during the holiday season when they make frequent significant programming changes, including some at the lower channel numbers (which I think is what messes things up).

Just when I thought it was safe to turn on my radio again, all of my XM presets were lost today. Luckily, I only had 3 of them, and my 2 FM presets were unaffected. This is probably only the second time that it's happened to me, so I guess I should be happy about that.

It used to happen every few months and this week it is every other day. Can't seem to find a workaround.

It is an extremely frustrating situation. I now keep a pic of my per-sets on my phone so that I can re-program it

Happened again to me yesterday on my 2016 SQ5. I guess it will never be fixed.
