Default Received papers to sign for out-of-state CPO A5. Shows financing, but shouldn't.

Hello, I'm buying a certified pre-owned A5 from California (I'm in Michigan). The dealership sent a "Retail Installment Sale Contract - Simple Finance Charge (With Arbitration Provision)" which details financing and charges for interest, with a section that says "you pay no finance charge if the amount financed is paid in full on or before April 21."Is this normal? I'm getting financing through a credit union. They also included a credit application, which I don't see the need for. Also, it's a CPO car. Where would it typically say that? There is a "Statement of Facts" and a "Buyer's Guide" that says the car is sold as-is, but neither mention CPO. Thanks for any help!

If a vehicle is certified pre-owned (CPO) from an Audi dealer, the Carfax will show it as such. Here is an example return from a random CPO S5.....

Thanks Brian. I just looked at that and it seems I'm all set then. Really appreciate it.
