Default Rims - 112mm vs others?

Hello All,

I am looking to get new rims for my S5 and am curious if you have to use 5x112mm wheels, as those are the size of the stock rims? I see a lot of 5x114mm rims that look really nice, but obviously wouldn't want to get wheels that dont fit...

Or you could use these. I've got 5x112mm, 66.6 center bore, Audi Q5 rims on my wife's Acura RDX 5x114.3mm, 64.1 center bore. Same or similar if you've used spacers.

You, however would need 5x112mm to 5x114.3mm to place on an Audi. Below is for Audi rims 112mm to an Acura 114.3mm.

The 5X112 bolt pattern is a must. Others will not bolt to the hub. You need to match the offset and rim width too.
here is one site that will give you those specs. https://www.wheel-size.com/size/audi/s5/
You CAN go wider and change the offset to get a wider more flush stance but you’ll need to carefully check fitment.

Thanks all. After doing some research it seemed that the offset was fairly strict for the stock wheel well setup on the B8 S5, so i ended up going with some 9.5x19 VMR F710 flow form in matte graphite. Going to look great, just need to lower the ride about 1" for the final look I am going for

Anyone have recommendations for lower end (cost wise $$$) sport springs that will lower the ride height?
