**One Audi Dealership:: The good, the bad, the ugly**
Hello,
I asked this on the other forums, I just bought a RS5 through a military car sales program. The car is currently sitting at Cavender Audi. Has anyone ever had to deal with them. I know they didn't sell me the car, but what I'm getting from them is they don't really care, which would make me want to take it to a different dealership when it comes to getting something fixed. How was your experience; was it good or bad? I want to get some stuff done to my car (3M wrap and tint) but I'm not getting a totally good/ warm fuzzy about this place that they will take care of me. This is my first Audi and first brand new car. Any input will help, thank you.

Not sure where this dealer is as you didn't make mention of that. Some dealers will be passive on a delivery if they aren't making any money on the deal, and equally so if they don't think you'll be back for service. You might want to say hello to the service manager and build some rapport because once the car is delivered, the guys up front in service will be done with you any way and it's the guys in the back that will be your main point of contact at the dealership.
You may find some feedback on them at dealerrater.com
Thanks for your service to our country, and best of luck with the new ride!

While the sales dept. might be less than enthusiastic, service depts. are typically a separate profit center for a dealership and don't care where you bought the car. They get reimbursed the same amount from Audi under warranty regardless and and want your non-warranty, maintenance business as well.
As to tint and paint film, dealers usually farm out to 3rd parties and are more expensive as a result. Save money and go to a specialist shop on your own. Also, check out Xpel Ultimate if you want the very best film.
