S5 Cabriolet - Roof racks
 

Considering an S5 cab when it becomes available. Do cabs have the ability to hold roof racks?

Can they carry two road bikes on top?

Is there a max weight that the roof can hold?

you can fit a trunk-mounted bike rack

Also, a customized trailer hitch with a rack system like this should work.
 

Sometimes the trunk mounted system can damage the car. If you get a hitch system like this custom installed to the chassis with just the hitch visible, it should work well. if the truck is about the same as the coupe then you can also fit 2 roads bikes in there
 

I don't do it all the time but I do it - remove the front wheels and I got some auto trunk material that I put down on the trunk and in-between the bikes. out bike are a 58 and a 48. still room for soft luggage in the car behind the front seats. pretty amazing car really.
