Wish I would have seen this sooner, but just ordered a new one this week. Good luck selling, shouldn't take very long - they are in short supply.

Yup, I already paid in full for the full year subscription. I have updated the description to the San Francisco bay area. Sorry if that was not obvious.... Got a little too used to saying it.
