Slow Start then Low Idle

On the 2.0 engine, on a cold start, if you are experiencing a slow start followed by an idle so low the engine barely stays running, there is a TSB for that problem.

Does this apply to A5s built before a certain month/year? Mine is a 2011 built in May and I notice that it does idle pretty low but is this not normal?
