Steering: comfort vs auto vs dynamic
I wonder if the comfort setting has any kind of "speed sensitive" feature that will make the steering stiffer at higher speeds?
How about auto.. is "comfort" at low speeds and "dynamic" at higher speeds?
Thank you in advance for the info

The steering for the standard steering is fixed. You need the Dynamic Steering option to get a 'stiffer' steering feel. That is from my understanding, though. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

My car has standard fixed ratio steering. The ADS has options for comfort auto and dynamic under steering. These settings do modify steering effort but obviously not steering ratio. The effect (difference) is not great however. I keep mine in dynamic with a bit heavier steering.

Yes, the steering is a speed-sensitive power steering system. The faster you drive the less power assist it provides relative to the mode you are in. In Comfort mode the power assist is overall greater at any given speed vs. Auto vs. Dynamic. Auto seems to be a middle ground setting. It's neither Comfort nor Dynamic at any point. The optional Dynamic steering not only varies the power assist based on speed, but also the steering ratio in Comfort and Auto mode, and in Dynamic mode it keeps the steering ratio fixed.

If you customize the "Individual" mode and set the steering to Automatic it will adjust steering as the speed increases.
