Default Wheels Tires and springs

Im planning on putting on my S5 cab 20 inch DPE scp sc wheels with 275/30 /20.

I want to lower 1 inch rear. Looking at H & R sport springs is this proper?

H&R sports will lower 1.3" front and rear and H&R OE will lower 1" front and rear and retain a near oem ride quality. I am running OE's with 20x9.5.

Wondering if the OE springs will still drop 1" for folks with the stock sports springs?

Your car looks AWESOME by the way!

Thank you sparkster...appreciate the compliment Yes, the drop is based off of the oem sport spring. I got right at 1" rear and just under 1" front from oem s-line. Its plenty unless you want the slammed look.

Also consider the KW adjustable spring set, a little more expensive than H&R but the adjustability is well worth it. I put it on my S5 cab a few weeks ago and am loving the ride. I just took the GM from my Audi dealer for a spin a he was impressed.

Here's a source:

Alternatively you can order the MTM branded set, which I did for a whole lot more $, but it was all KW - even the box.

Thanks for the info, wasn't so sure on this, but that is exactly what I am looking for. I currently have H&R Coilovers for my B5 and as much as I love them, it was a set it and forget it kind of deal over time, i have adjusted them maybe three to 4 times total, only cause the initial install was too high, then I slammed it too much, then i wanted to adjust it for the winter... but then i just left it being that it isn't the easiest job to adjust them all the time (especially with our salty Northeast).

I also like the existing stock sport ride - so don't want to go any stiffer in terms of spring rates.
