Default Used 2010 2.0t

First post here, I'm looking at buying a 2010 A5 S-Line 2.0t because I'm currently building my Jetta so I want something reliable enough to last me until that is done. Here is the car: https://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details...equestSource=b

So it has 260,000km on it but he said it was all highway for work. Tensioner was replaced last summer and car doesn't smoke/burn oil. My questions are somewhat ambiguous but, will I have to look at changing the timing chain, clutch, and possibly turbo anytime soon? Assuming he was easy on the pedal and most of the driving was highway? I'm not familiar with the lifespan of Audi's as this will be my first one. Also he had the intake and whatnot cleaned yearly for carbon buildup.

I'm not asking to be convinced to buy the car or not, simply what parts USUALLY need to be replaced around 250,000km or whether buying one with that many clicks is even worth my time. I own an 02' Jetta 1.9tdi with 540k
Thanks for the responses

There's a whole laundry list I could go through but I think it's best if you pose this same query on the facebook owners group page.
https://www.facebook.com/groups/354160624656468/

1. Carbon cleaning of the intake valves is not done annually. It's done every mileage interval based on the type of driving it sees, the type of gas used and the type and frequency of oil changes. Carbon cleaning is done via walnut shell blasting or manually by hand with chemicals and tools. I can't see the previous owner putting out $700 to $800 every year for either of those processes. You need to confirm the what he defines as intake valve carbon cleaning. Maybe he sprays a can of CRC GDI IVD Intake Valve Cleaner in it every year which does latterly nothing to clean the valves per-se.
2. Doesn't burn oil? Really? 2008 to 2011/12 2.0T engines burnt oil. I think you need to get the VIN number and post it here to see if it falls into the affected group.

That kijiji listing is for a bare bones A5. Yes it's S-Line but that only means it has blade sideskirts and a slightly different style front and rear bumper from the non S-Line and S-Line embossed on the seats and nothing more.
The options listed are all bare bones standard options and the "Premium Sound System" is not the premium sound system. Premium sound system is the B&O system which he doesn't have. He has no Nav, and no back-up camera either.
My 2008 non S-Line has buckets more options then his. He's selling as is so that if you try to come back at him for excessive burning oil, you can't because you bought "As is". He says it needs some cosmetic things done to get certified? Really? Since when was cosmetics a safety inspection factor.
If you want an A5, loo to the 08, 09 and 10 A5's that had the 3.2L naturally aspirated engines. They are the most reliable naturally aspirated engines Audi has ever had next to the 30 valve 2.8L engine used in the B5 A4's and same era A6's. I have both and my 2000 A4 with over 279,000kms has been a solid performer with zero break-downs and zero oil burning. My A5's 3.2L engine with much more HP gets better mileage that my 2.8L engine - go figure.
I'd walk away from that car. There's a reason it's so cheap and the fact he's not selling it safety certified, would be reason enough for me to walk away.
Your 1.9TDI is like comparing apples to oranges with the 2.0T. Not even close to being the same sort of solid engine.
