I'm on the fence about this treatment vs. having chips detailed each spring, because I have seen several with dirt trapped along the edges. I also have a white car, so, a yellow tint would be the end.

I did our Q5 (but not the RS4) and I am glad we did. The first year I looked at the front and it was clear the Q5 was picking up chips so we had it done three years ago and it still looks good and has not yellowed.
My driving style with the RS4 does not results in chips (knock on wood) after seven years.

Mike - I don't have any close-ups of my car in full sunlight. But it looks just like your from that distance. The McGuire NXT keeps the XPel really shinny.
And for Reggie - I need to learn the secret of your driving style that avoids chips. My grill took a rock or something within the first 2 weeks I had it. Nicked right thru the black.
