Wheel spacers and paint damage
I've done some great reading on what wheel spacers other members are using, and I believe I'll be using 20mm upfront and 25mm in the rear. Here's the question, is anyone having issues with paint chipping due to the wheels sitting out further? If so, what have you done to stop the damage or prevent it in the first place? I'm not going to lower my S5, and I'm running the factory 255/35/r19 tires.

If you expose more tire by adding the spacers... pretty sure that you'll end up kicking up some road smutz... unless you live in a dry area with pristine roads.
Some sort of mud flaps might help... shops that apply invisible masks (nose, front of hood, mirrors, etc.) -- 3m or other good brand that is "self-healing" for small nicks/chips -- could probably be open to doing a custom fitted application to the body panels behind the wheels/tires to protect the paint. After they get mucked-up... remove and apply a new set. They'll be fairly low so my not be too visible...

I've had that combo for a couple years. I suppose there may be a bit more road grime that gets on but not much (nothing like my Jeep with the 12.5 x 33 tires lol) No paint damage. We are only talking about an inch.
