Winter shoes...
 

Just swapped 'em on my 2013 S5 last night. Perfect timing with the snow we got today.

The wheels are 19" Audi wheels (I would have to dig to find what model #).
Tires are Michelin Alpina PA4.

The 19's look better than the 18's. Nice!! Red is perfect on an S5

Just got my Hartman 19 with Dunlop Sport 3D. Too busy to mount them.

Was not clear. I like his 19 snow wheel better than the 18's on other cars. I also have a red S5 with the 19 peelers.

Hows the ride of those Michelin PA4 tires on the highway on asphalt paved roads 70 plus? Any increase road feel or irregularities felt as slight vibrations in the seat from the tires compared to the all season or summer tires you have? I have the PA4 and they do not feel as smooth as my all seasons and they transmit more road vibration on the smooth asphalt around 70-75 mph and not at all above 80 mph or below 70. I got them road force balanced and they were all good but still some vibes. The rims are oem high quality.

Have PA4s on my S4; very good ride, and no vibration, at all speeds up to 85. They seem quieter and less intrusive in all respects than Dunlop Wintersport 3Ds or Pirelli Sottozeros; probably not as good in the snow as the Dunlops but better than the Pirellis.

I like those winters - I'd make them my regular wheels and have the peelers as my withers if I were you.

Finally got some snow to play in with the Quattro and Alpin PA4 tires -- wow. I was flying by 4x4 trucks, basically handling everything. Bring on the storms later this week :cool:
