No problem, glad to help and share with the community and gives me something to read while I wait for my new car to arrive too 
I've gone ahead and created searchable PDFs of all the other 2019 models that I was able to find a VINs for (A3, A4 (S4), A5 (S5, RS5), A6, A7, A8, Q7 and Q8) if anyone needs those. For some reason the 2019 VINs I found for a Q5 and SQ5 pulls up the 2018 manual right now.

There are likely very few major differences between the 2018 and 2019 manual to really make a difference which one you look at..
This site will let you view the manual for a vehicle based on the VIN number online. You can't download it though.

I'm still only seeing the 2018 manual when I use a 2019 Q5 or SQ5 VIN I pulled from a dealer inventory website. If you have a VIN that pulls up the 2019 manual, I'll happily build a PDF for it.
