Updating mine as I write this, I have the option on my 19 SB to use a USB stick instead of the SD Card.

The word must be out because the Audi server is crawling. I have a 75MB/s fiber connection but I'm downloading the update at a 225 kB/s rate, estimating a 14-hour download time. I'm sure something is going to fail before it reaches the end.

It took me less than an hour here, but you may be right and it might depend on region. Good luck, hope that speeds up for you.

Less then an hour for me also yesterday. I used the guide Nikon 1 referenced. A good reason to update instead of relying solely on a phone app; left for a 3 hour trip today, well only took 2 1/2, and Waze would not load. Issue with internet connection. Tried wife’s phone, still no go. I do prefer Waze for the “hazard” alerts but it was good to have the back up.

Trying to update just WA and OR maps using the online update option directly via the MMI...anyone else getting an error message along the lines of “connection to the update server unsuccessful” ?
