After this update, all regions get a 2019 year stamp. What do you have?

If you update over the air, does that count against one of your 5 free updates? I don't recall them warning that when I did it the first time.

Yes- the counter probably starts once your car is registered with Audi Prime (or whatever the free / initial their is called), from the dealership.

Anyone else have an issue with their camera system not working after installing the map update? I've got it scheduled for service but none of my cameras work currently..

How did you find out how many updates you have already used?

What is considered used? The moment you download it, or the moment you install it on your car? Or does it not matter, that you'll only get 2.5 years worth of maps (5 updates every 6 months) whether you download/install on your car or not??

As I read the Audi site statement - you get 2.5 years of updates (whether you use them or not) and then your dealer will "install" them for you -- but nowhere can I find what that will cost.

I'm confirming with my dealer whether the 2.5 years of updates, use it or lose it, is true. That's the impression I get too from reading the statement, but I wanted to know for sure.

We’re the updates removed? Are they only for Audi Connect customers?
I scoured the page for my 2018 A5 and can’t find any links for map updates.

Nope. Still there. 2019/2020 maps are available OTA too, but not on the webpage yet. Go to the Services selection and arrow/scroll to the right-with the carousel. You’ll see “Map Update”.
