Speaking of the Supra, I hear Toyota will be bringing back a 2 seater version of the Supra in 2020. My first car was a first gen Supra, what a fun little car.

I believe that the Supra will be hitting Toyota dealership floors this summer. I saw a mention of it in the reporting from the Detroit Auto Show. There will be two versions — and I think the drivetrain in the higher-end version was designed / built in conjunction with BMW. I think starting prices for the higher+end version are projected to start in the mid-$50,000 area.

Wow, that brings back memories, thank you for posting those pictures. I had a silver one with the same package, fender flares and rear spoiler. Back then, 150 HP was considered a pretty quick car.

“His” was a 5-speed manual while “Hers” was an automatic. She could not drive a manual shift car.

I had the 4 speed automatic, I just remember my Supra was actually the 2nd gen and not the 1st
