$3900 is quite a premium for a “non-standard” color, IMO. I would have like a Daytona Grey with metal flakes but . . .

OK. MSRP showed up on the dealer's web site this afternoon. ETA for "Release to Carrier" was yesterday, so I guess things are moving along as estimated. Still haven't gotten the final email from Owner in Waiting.
Today is seven weeks since I ordered. My son, who works at the dealership, said there is some amazement among the staff about how quickly the car has progressed. I hope the trip from RI to MD is quick, also.

I still have NEVER received any communications from Audi and their Owner in Waiting e-mail program. Supposedly - from my salesperson - my car will be on a ship on June 5 and is due into the dealership in the late-June to early-July period . . . but who knows what could happen between now and then?
I’ve been very disappointed in the whole Owner in Waiting program.

In the "Liner Schedule" drop-down choose the appropriate US location. Then, in the "Please select carrier" drop-down, select Volkswagen .... Export. A pdf schedule will download.

Order accepted: March 1st, 2018
Finished production: April 4th
Left Port: April 16th
Cleared US Port: sometime May (going off of when the MSRP displayed on the dealer site)
Delivery Date: ??? My specialist seems to be oblivious to the owner in waiting program and checking the car's whereabouts through their internal system. That or he's being an efficient salesman in prioritizing his time . Waiting in the dark can be fun sometimes I suppose.

Cannot be happier with the experience of driving/breaking this in right now. I wonder how long it'll take before I get bored of this car xD.

I just found out that my S5 Coupe came off the ship in Davisville yesterday. According to the dealer it is expected here as early as next Tuesday — but definitely by next Friday.
My timeline was:
Order Date: April 5, 2018
Build Completed: Week of May 8, 2018 (?)
Dock Side - Davisville: May 29, 2018
Dealership: June 5 ~ 8, 2018
