A few months ago, my iPhone XR started an annoying problem. The phone has music in shuffle mode, but when it connects to the car via Bluetooth, it goes out of shuffle mode and the first song alphabetically starts playing. It’s random. Sometimes, things work as they should. Yesterday, it came out of shuffle mode 3 times in a row while I was running errands.

So....anyone else having this problem and is there a known fix out there? Have done some Googling and come up empty so far.

I loaded music into the car's jukebox and run jukebox on shuffle. I don't use the iPhone for music.
