The only way I could possibly believe this is when there is an Avant RS parked in my garage!

This is awesome, but too late. I would have eagerly purchased an RS6 Avant a few years back. I've moved on.

I was all set to have my next vehicle after the E63 to be an RS6 Avant when the came out once rumors started but now that ship has sailed.

I will believe it when I see it. They have dashed my hopes too many times over the years.

As much as everyone seems to like the RS6 Avant, I'm just not a big fan. I do like the extra space if offers but from a design stand point I much prefer the look of my RS5 Sportback.

Can someone explain to me the allure of a station wagon?

Aerodynamics, chassis rigidity, internal space and booty are all improved over a sedan/coupe.

The only reason americans have a poor perception of wagons is the **** cars produced here in the past. All the car companies still make them, they just lift them and call them crossovers.

also.... a bit over the top but a beautiful car.

The functional interior volume of an SUV without being stuck driving one :)

(I'll believe it when I see; very low expectations here.)

I'm actually still driving a wagon but I can admit the Sportback shape is better looking. I'm glad we got the Sportbacks this time around if we only get to pick one.
