You actaully just need to change the langauge to Canada English and you should be fine.

This actually turned out to be browser related. I was using Chrome and tried it across multiple devices. All displayed the same behavior. I switched to safari on my Mac and it worked with no problem.

So i managed to setup Audi connect for my new S5. I must confess , its pretty lame. Atleast what we have available in cananda. Anyone else feel the same ?
