Where did you purchase these CF caps? I just received my new Black S5 SB, and it has the silver caps. I feel the CF caps will give it a better look, but don't feel like spending an arm/leg....appreciate you sharing if possible.
These look great, do the old covers just pull off and the new ones snap into place like a BMW or do you have to remove the Mirror and go in to fit them that way?
I didn't go to the Stealership, I had my tint guy do them and the results were great, he charged me $80.
Although he'd never done them before, with the help of Garlicdoc's notes and that A3 video that's floating around, he got it done although it isn't as easy as it sounds, some of the clips have to be aligned/removed together which makes things difficult but since these guys are used to pulling door panels and stuff off with lots of tricky clips, I suppose this was second nature for them...and now they're experts,lol!
