Clean inside of wheel how?

I use Meguiars Wheel brightener, spray it on the wheels and let it sit for a few seconds (i get it in the barrel), then use a combination of wheel brush, speed master brush, and wheel woolies. I used to use regular car wash soap, but it required way too much scrubbing which can't be good for the clear coat.
Right now I am the process of DIY ceramic coating my wheels (entire wheels- including the barrel). Cleaning the wheels should be much easier.

Thanks all for the suggestions. Anyone use this? They claim the brush is bendable and fits in tight space.
