Wow! Those who have said pictures don't do the A5 sportback justice are very right. Just swung by the dealership to check one out as I wait for my order. Absolutely blown away by the shape and sculpture of this car.
Being in the design industry myself, I deeply care about the proportions of a car's exterior. With that, I have two big takeaways after seeing the SB and coupe next to each other.
1. The SB is more visually dynamic. How the lines continuously flow in the rear somehow keep the car in motion even when it's not moving.
2. The SB looks meaner. That added bulk in the back conveys a wider stance - making it appear more ag
Don't get me wrong. The coupe is still gorgeous. Just really loving the SB right now.

The SB is vastly better in appearance than the two door A/S5s, in my opinion. Even to the point of making the coupé look boringly plain.
The proportions of the A/S5 SB are even better than that of the A/S7. When compared to an A5 SB, the A7 looks rather clunky and bloated.

I have an Ibisweiß S-Line on order and I've been fortunate enough to see white color A5 SBs on the roads here in Europe for several years. It's by far the one color that make the A5 SB stand out to me as 'awesome.'
and yes! Post more pix of that beautiful machine!
(I am going to miss the look of the long narrow European license plates once I return to the US though)

I knew that color was Glacier White, you can see that slight grey tint to it. Both whites are beautiful and under certain lighting conditions if the cars aren't side by side you can't tell the difference. Beautiful car though man. Enjoy!!

That is Croatian temporary (15days) license plate that you need to put on (provided by dealer) af you want to go on the road and to the police to register your car with permanent license plates.
