Convertible top door window micro open/close issue
For our cabriolet/convertible owners, I'm having an intermittent issue where the drivers window isn't lowering slightly to allow the door window to completely shut when I close the door, because the window hits against the convertible top (normally the windows lowers about a 1.5 centimeters to allow the door to close, then automatically raises back up again). It *seems* like *maybe* this is happening a bit more when I'm parked close to an obstacle that triggers the parking proximity sensors. Yes, I HAVE done the window position reset procedure, to include the dealer doing a reset as well...but it still happens. Is anyone else still having this issue? If so, can you associate to anything, like the parking sensors? If you had this problem and resolved it, what was the fix? Its not really a big deal, now that I'm looking for it and realize when its happening....I just lower the window slightly.
Thanks for reading.

Try to remember to observe the state of the car when it happens....its happening for me more when I park in the garage with the parking sensors tripped....I think.

it's always the drivers outside door handle and it doesn't matter the location, in or out. The dealership has replaced the microswitch without fixing it.
