Even with the pads and rotors for both axle, you looking at about $2000. Add=left 3 sets of wipers which cost about $300, front wheel aglignment $200, fluids $50, built in profit $450.
Even that number is being generous, as OEM quality wiper blades can be purchased for no more than $50 and there is no reason to replace the blades more than once over four years.
Here is a list of all the packages I was offered and what I selected. I went with Audi Care and Multi-Shield Protection. I really only wanted Tire/Wheel Protection and Windshield but those two were more expensive separate so I just did the package deal which includes a lot of other stuff(that I wont use).
That's interesting the prices they are charging you is different than what I got quoted from my dealership. Maybe it's because you have an RS5 vs S5? I don't have the ability to post a screenshot right now but I was quoted $1989.00. The brochure also states that "as the part wear out, they will be replaced", which to me implies the pads will need to be actually worn out before they replace them unless the dealership is being sketchy and just misreports their numbers.
Glad for all the information coming out on this so far, definitely makes me more skeptical of getting any extended warranties/coverages from dealerships.

I bought a 2019 S5 SB. They also charged me 1k for audicare. I think since audicare is actually like an "option" that you can get they can't really vary the price on that. Like if you were to spec out a car on audi's website you can select audicare as an option. Kinda sucks they increased the price on MY2019s to 1k

Yeah I see your point with Audi Care. I purchased a 2019 RS5 Sportback. This could be why my Term Care price was quoted higher. I don't know this for sure though. Would definitely like to find out. Anyone else purchase an RS5 and know the price they offered for Term Care?

For what it's worth, my B8.5 RS5 is on it's second set of front pads and rotors with only 42,000 miles, mostly in the city. i.e. they lasted only about ~20,000 miles . The dealer replacement price was in the region of $2300 for the front pads + rotors and the rear pads/rotors will need doing pretty soon. If you can get the Term Care Select for $2,000 that seems like a good deal to me. I have no idea if the B9 RS5 will go through pads/rotors as quickly as the B8.5, but I will definitely be considering the Term Care package, assuming the price is about $2k, rather than $3k as evanseric21 posted.

For me personally I only really was on the fence for the Term Care w/ Brake Rotors and didn't plan on picking any others (hopefully I will continue to avoid pot holes...). The initial quote for the Term Care was just over $3k, which I'm pretty sure was for the 48 months (although in retrospect I'm not 100% certain). As soon as I started saying that I may not pick anything (outside of Audi Care) I was offered a $1,591 quote -- this is for Term Care /w Brake Rotors coverage for 48 months.
It does definitely cover the replacement set for front/rear pads and brake rotors (w/ the Brake Rotors coverage) due to wear and tear.
It's impossible to say whether I'll end up in the money by the end of the 4 years but at that price I thought it was an acceptable risk on a car like this. It does seem reasonable to have to get through replacing a set of front/rear pads and brake rotors within that time for a daily driver to/from downtown.
Obviously whether this is worth it or not is a personal choice, but at least in this case there was quite a bit of a possible discount even on a RS 5 SB.

Thanks for sharing man! Hopefully this will help others. It does seem like the default price is closer to 3k for an RS5 compared to 2k for an S5. Really glad to hear you got them to come down 50% on the price. At that point I think it would definitely be worth it for the peace of mind.
