I paid $128 at my local body shop which included painting the crash bar. You might want to check that out, I would have paid up to $300 for the peace of mind.

Anyone here do a B8 grill swap as well? How does a B9 grill swap compare to a B8 grill swap?
I didn't have to remove my wheels for the B8 swap, hoping that I can do that with the B9 as well.
I remember the tabs holding the grill to the bumper was the worst.

Watch the video I posted earlier in this thread. It will give you a pretty accurate view of what’s involved. Taking the front wheels off made it much easier to get the torx screws out.

i did it, it took me 2 hours to take the bumper and the front wheels. It's not bad and easy to do you just have to be patient and careful not to break any of the clips. If anyone need help let me know

Congratulations — Are they the black rings or is the angle of shot making them appear that way?

I would have never installed this grille had I known any ACC or Pre Sense related issues will be blamed by the dealer on the removal of the bumper. It's also listed in the service manual that every time a bumper is removed ACC needs to be recalibrated, and that procedure is expensive. Of course EMD doesn't tell you that when you buy the grille. If your car has no front radars then there's not much to worry about. I can also see if you're ever in an accident and let's say the airbags didn't deploy, they can probably also blame it on the lack of the foam piece.
Just something to think about for those considering this grille.
