Gun mount ideas????
No political response, please.
Anyone have pics or ideas on how/where to mount a CCW in the new B9 S5/RS5s without interior damage, limited site from exterior and quick access???
Any help appreciated.
Car jacking has gone up in Vegas and as I’m now disabled, I find myself an easy target...

These days with the propensity of cops shooting first when they see a gun even when you may declare you have a carry permit, you may be better off carrying few cans of pepper spray or similar or just give up the car to the jacker.

NHP and Officers here always ask first if there's a gun in the vehicle. When pulled over, it is suggested that you hand the CCW permit along with the license. I've also been told that you should ask the officer if he'd like to remove the gun himself (safest) and just tell him where it is..... I do appreciate the suggestion, but there's so much meth in use out here, pepper spray won't work....

In my B8.5, there was a latched compartment under the seat... that would have been perfect.. If anyone knows of something similar for the B9's, that is the best solution IMHO.

My G43 fits perfectly inside a Vedder pocket holster in the user manual compartment. I attached a carabina to the holster and used a string to tie it to the two "built in" holes on the top of the compartment. That way I can take my entire holster out of the car just by undoing the carabina, and most importantly, the string allows the holster to be detached when I draw the weapon. I also put a small square of foam piece at the very back of the compartment to further prevent the gun from sliding around while driving.
