You would be wrong. My next car will most likely be the Genesis G70.

Best Black Friday Car Deals in 2018

2018 Kia Stinger

Financing Deal: 0% financing for 66 months plus $1,000 bonus cash

There’s a generous offer for Black Friday in many parts of the country on the athletic, all-wheel-drive 2018 Kia Stinger: zero percent financing for five and a half years plus $1,000 bonus cash. Opt for the rear-wheel-drive Stinger, and you’ll get the zero percent deal without the bonus cash.
Great deal for people who were looking for a Stinger.

at the end of the day it's still a Kia. Put lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig. Same **** can be said about my Mont Blanc pen. Did it leave 200 dollar on the table? I could have gotten a Pental pen since they both write black ink. I could have gotten Old Navy joggers for $10 instead of these $65 Nike joggers. If you want the damn Kia then get the Kia. It's no different then everything else in life. If you want the cheaper low budget Kia then get it. If you want the cache that comes with the Audi and pony up some more money and get it.

And, in my experience with friends who have (and have had) Kia's and Hyundai's - much better build quality and longevity!

Personal preference but paying what Hyundai is asking for a Genesis -- Never In My World! But, as always, YMMV!

The thing with the Stinger and especially the Genesis products is that in 3 years time, the depreciation is the steepest of most manufacturers...you'd be looking at ~70% hit. I'd be game to pick-up a Stinger AWD GT2 then

My colleague has a 2016 Genesis 3.8 (he bought used) and its an impressive car (WRT fit/finish/power/luxury) for the price.
