A power steering system and ac compressor that can work with a 12 volt battery, that is a big leap in technology.

Just to clarify, the AC compressor does not run with a 12V battery. I was talking about the 48V system being able to power the AC compressor. However, the electric power steering systems work off the 12V batteries today, but probably will be powered by the 48V system in the future.

I guess the OP was half right then, his c43 did have ps when *** kick in but what he thought was reduce ac might just be residual cool air. Never the less, a ps system that can work off a 12 v battery is pretty amazing.
