Some better pics of how wheels sit with spacers.

Wheels are 19x9.5" ET35 with 275/35R19 Michelin PA4 (meatier than OE tires).

Fronts have 15mm spacers (what OE would look like with 8mm). 15mm with OE would be spot on.
Rears have 20mm spacers (what OE would look like with 13mm). 20mm with OE would be spot on.

Was the back of your original paddles plastic, rubber or metal?

The legal limit is Texas is 25%. You concerned with inspection time comes in 2 years? I’ve been thinking about getting rid of my dealership installed 35% and going with 25%.

Looks great. When you run with spacers, how do you get your tires rotated and balanced, given dealers/tire shops that I’ve heard, won’t touch a car with spacers? Do you take the spacers off before taking the car to the shop to have it done?

My local dealer and independent shop have no issues with spacers. I ensure to remind dealer and leave a note on the console for technician to see. This is largely for them to not mix bolts up when/if lengths are different front and back and for them to be careful and not have the spacers fall off the hubs and on to the wheels. My indy shop deals with them all the time. So no, I don't take them off and leave them as is.

Thanks for the info. I’ll have to check with my dealer and see what he says, as well as the indy shop I used for the RS style grille swap. I’ve seen conflicting reports about Discount Tire and what they think about spacers, which is where I like to get my second+ round of tyres.

Plastic. The extension are clamped on rather than stuck on with double sided tape.

Do you find the extensions blocking the view of the side gauges (fuel and temp I think)?

Yes, they do partial block them. For me I don’t see the top half or so or them but a slight turn of the wheel or move of the head and they’re both visible.
