Wanted to formally introduce her to the gang. Order was placed on March 1st and took delivery on May 24th. Had not seen a Misano SB in person before getting the car but I like it even more in person! The car was not washed or detailed as part of the PDI process per my request and the dealership left all the coverings and wrappings on the inside as is. I took it straight to my PPF guy after leaving the dealership. She's got ClearGuard Nano PPF on full hood, front bumper, fenders, headlights, mirror caps, side blades, door handle cups and rear cargo lip, Xpel Prime XR 30% tint on sides and rear, and Prime XR+ 70% on the windshield, Ceramic Pro coating on wheels, calipers and exhaust tips. All that took another agonizing week before I could even start driving, but Zenith Auto Works in Houston did a great job with it.
Coming from the A5 Sportback, this is a HUGE step up in terms of performance. I find the ride quality in the RS5 to be actually better than the A5, and the exhaust note...well the A5 didn't have one so not much to say there!
