Just bought a matador red metallic A5 sportback for the wife. Went to show the car to our daughter and the center display remained black. Tried to display the nav in the instrument panel but all I saw was a message indicating trying to initialize the nav system. Same type of message for the phone, radio and media.

Have an appointment with dealer tomorrow but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this situation.

might not be the fix , but did you check button for nav screen light on dash?
put it on and off to see if you get any response.
