Hey everyone,

I've cycled through lots German cars, but somehow I've yet to own an Audi. I went from BMW to Mercedes to Porsche. I currently have a 2015 Cayman, which I love, but after owning Porsches for the past 4.5 years, I'm nearly ready for something more luxurious and comfortable. I looked at the Macan S; drove great, but I wasn't blown away. If I needed a crossover it'd be the one; but I don't. I've fallen hard for the new S5

Anyway, I think the S5 Sportback ticks all the boxes for me, so I'm eager to drive one, build obsessively online, and eventually order.

Welcome! I hope you are able to order your S5 Sportback soon. I'm waiting for pricing, etc. on the A5 Sportback. Yes, they are beautiful cars!

Myself I was perfectly satisfied with the prospect of ordering an A4 a few months ago but changed my mind when I saw the A5 Sportback. Now I too am just waiting on pricing to see the cost difference.

I too am waiting for more info on what and when it will be available.I suspect the only engine option here will be the 2.0 gas...its sure is a beauty,lots of reviews mostly from Europe. Love my A4 and not going to give it up...thinking of one for wife,getting rid of her Honda.

For the A5, yes, it is the 2.0T. The S5 is a new single turbo 3.0L V6.

Same here. Getting rid of our G37 Convertible in June. I want to enjoy both cars. A4 and A5 Sportback in the garage would be ideal.
