Default New wheel pics. Can i lower w/o rubbing?

The wheel well gap on S5's I've seen pics of with stock 19" Cavos looked fine at stock height but my gap looks slightly bigger. Are S5 sport suspensions lower than A5 sport suspensions? Would this be able to drop on H&R springs without rubbing? 19x9.5 et25 w/ 265/35/19. Thought 265s on 9.5" should work since 10" with 275s were lowered with no issue.

You should be fine with the H&R Springs with your wheel and tire combo.

Thanks!! I actually don’t mind the back ride height at all at a two finger gap but the front is 3 and throwing me off that the fronts higher. With my coilovers on past cars I always made the front a tad lower. Will H&R springs correct this and get it even or just lower .8 from its current state? I really don’t want the rubbing issues I’ve had on my previous cars when fully loaded so I may just wait till these tires are done and get 255s. This is my car with just the stock wheels and tires. I’m more concerned about the front though hitting bumps and potholes

There are height adjustable spring options from H&R and ABT if you’re worried about being too low with the regular springs.

that’s tru... but if I went anything less than .8 I don’t think there’s a point to lowering. I’ll def look into the ABT adjustable springs if I go 255s on these or another wheel and tire combo and want to adjust the drop slightly lower. Do you know if the H&R sport springs will even out my height? I have a one finger gap higher height in the front now and the cars that Tag posts with H&Rs seems to be higher in the rear. Especially this one

The S5 and A5 use the same part number for the H&R Springs (50385). The additional weight from the V6 in the S5 may be providing additional drop up front vs the 4 cylinder. So unfortunately the reverse rake will remain.
