It is. I'm not from here ... so I'll claim ignorance if stopped. ;-P
Washington state also requires front plate. I drove my M3 there for two years without one with zero issues (bought car in AZ, where no front plate required).

First time using it. Was on sale, so decided to try it out.
Applying it after clay bar left the car very streaky. I think I used too much. Smaller portions work a lot better. Goes on really nice and easy on the wheels too. Definitely feels different from wax or polishes I've used in the past.
Time will tell how it holds up!
