Privace Glass. Tinted Window -USA

Why Audi USA does not have the option for Privace Glass or tinted rear windows like the European Audi websites?
Is it forbidden in the US?

Yes, that's why you only see CUVs/SUVs/minivans/pickups with privacy glass in the US.

So just SUVs/minivans/pickups are allowed to have Privace Glass? Doesn’t make any sense.

There are a lot of states where cars can not have the back windows tinted (SUVs can be tinted in all states). It is probably too much of a logistical nightmare to offer it where it is legal in the US. It is easy and pretty inexpensive to get the window tinted if you want to.
