Always on eBay. One thing I explored last time was dropping off the car at a local large internet dealer to sale it for you for a $1k fee is possible too. The car sold on eBay two days before I could get it to them.
Be prepared to wait because it is custom, and even deal with low ballers.
Do not bother with Craigslist, OfferUp, Car Gurus, etc.

Mods are worthless. Also most people that mod the cars will beat the crap otf of the cars they are selling so another reason not to buy a modded car!
