Default RS5 tune
Does anybody have any info on where the tuners are yet on cracking the ECU? I don't want to do a piggyback. I've heard the encryption on the ECU has been the holdup. I was hoping APR would have something already. Especially an E85 tune. I've got over 1K miles now and am anxious to start tuning.

MTM has some tunes which look to be ECU based but you have to send them your ECU to get updated.

The supposed ECU tune costs $7200 and requires the ECU to be sent to Germany. Haven't read any impressions yet. Probably far better off with a JB4.

Spoke to APR the other day... no joy, the still havent cracked the ECU and no ETA

Yeah but they seem to be doing the same thing MTM is doing. You have to ship them your ECU.
