"S" sticker for rear brakes?

That's just what the rear brakes are like. Single piston regular brakes because big brakes on the back of a car are mostly a waste due to physics.

The front brakes don't have a cover, that is a genuine 6 piston caliper.
Because there was a painted cover on the single piston rear calipers that was removed for cost. Early B9's have them (mostly coupe and cab) and later B9's do not. This is a plate on the single piston caliper. Unfortunately you can't just buy the plate as a part and attach it. The entire caliper is different...and costly to replace for a cosmetic upgrade.

Wrong. Audi changed this during the middle of the MY 2018, along with several other small changes, such as removing a grocery hook and light inside the trunk of the A4/S4.

I remember a discussion where some (early???) S5 Coupés were supplied with 2 grocery hooks in the trunk, but mine (manufactured May, 2018) is equipped with only 1.

My 2018 S5 Coupe had the "painted cover and sticker" on the rear caliper but my 2019 S4 does not (sad). Looks much more finished vs the black back plate. Grrr.
